How do I add a countdown timer to a message? (Pro)
Add the {countdown} token to your message text, then set an end time or use the fallback duration.

Countdowns are a Pro feature.
- Open Manage messages and edit a message.
- Put the token {countdown} in the text, e.g. Sale ends in {countdown}.
- Set an End time:
- Enter an ISO date with timezone, e.g. 2026-09-01T23:59:00-04:00. When that time passes, the message hides automatically.
- Leave it blank to use the fallback countdown duration (default 72 hours, configurable from 1 to 96 hours in Pro settings).
- Save your changes.
